The Brave Little Tailor – Chapter 4
How to catch a Unicorn
When the tailor returned to the castle, the king began to regret the promise he had made. 👁
He didn't want to share either his daughter or his kingdom with the tailor. 👁
So he thought about another task that would be impossible to achieve. 👁
The king called for the tailor and said: 👁
"Before I give you my daughter's hand and half of my kingdom, you need to perform one last task for me. 👁
In the western forest lives a unicorn that scared away all my lumberjacks. 👁
Catch it and bring it to me, then you shall get what I promised you." 👁
"This task is easier than killing the giants." 👁
the tailor replied and started out to catch the unicorn, again accompanied by the hundred warriors. 👁
It didn't take long to find signs of the unicorn, and the tailor told his companions to stay behind. 👁
He crept through the thicket when, suddenly, he heard a noise behind him. 👁
Just in time, he managed to jump out of the way when the unicorn started dashing at him. 👁
The tailor could hardly evade the pointy horn. 👁
When the unicorn prepared for its next attack, the tailor positioned himself in front of a tree. 👁
Just before the unicorn could stab him with its horn, he jumped away. 👁
The unicorn couldn't stop in time and the horn got stuck in the tree. 👁
It tried everything to free itself. 👁
After a while, it got tired and finally gave up. 👁
The tailor tied a rope around its neck, then used his axe to free the horn from the tree. 👁
With the unicorn peacefully walking next to him, he eventually arrived at the camp. 👁
Again, the warriors could hardly believe what they saw and were even more impressed, since they had never heard of anyone who managed to catch a unicorn. 👁
On their way back to the castle, they were followed by a crowd of people, cheering for the hero who had managed to catch a unicorn alive. 👁
